All events are 10 Run Averages except for the Fast Time event which is fastest out of 10 steers.  You compete in all events by entering at www.RopingArena.com and playing TRSim/BarrelSim on your computer.

One Entry Per Person Per Event (i.e. You can enter all events once) - All winners will be verified

Minimum 15,000 Point Total Payout for each TRSim event, 3,000 Point Total Payout for the Barrel Racing Championship

       - 6 winning places in each go-round, 10 winning places in average

Cost for each event is 10 Entry Credits or a current Entry Subscription at RopingArena.com.

 

35% of the purse will be for the average winners (10 places) and 65% of the purse will be held for the go-rounds (6.5% each round, 6 places).  This allows a contestant to decide whether to go after the points in the go-rounds or the average.  All points will be added to the player’s 2004 point totals and will apply to the year-end standings.  

All prizes will be mailed to the winners free of charge within 1 month of the finals.  Any evidence of tampering, cheating, misrepresentation of age, misrepresentation of rating, or entering multiple times under different names will disqualify the contestant from winning.

 

End of 2004 Year Team Roping Leaders

World Champion Buckle to the #1 top Player in total team roping points won for the year.

Trophy Money Clip to #2, #3, and #4 Players in total team roping points won for the year.

One RopingArena.com 2004 Top 10 Sweatshirt (large) to each of the final top 10 Players in total team roping points for the year.

All standings will be totaled at 1:00 am, January 1 and will include the World Championship results.

BarrelSim—Barrel Racing and Pole Bending Simulator Game

Rodeo Software is proud to announce the release of BarrelSim.  BarrelSim is the newest game from Rodeo Software following on the heels of TRSim.  Look for much enhanced 3D graphics and lots of fun play in this new game for all.  You probably noticed BarrelArena.com in the title of this newsletter.  Exactly like TRSim players compete online, BarrelSim players compete online against each other. 

·          Players choose their own rider and horse to play in one of three modes: Practice, Circuit Play, or Online Competition.  In Practice mode, you choose which arena to practice in and work on shaving off time from your runs.  An instant replay feature allows you to drill into your run to see where you can improve.

·          In Circuit Play, up to four players compete against each other in multiple arenas while accumulating their winnings in the Circuit.  Invite your friends over to hold a friendly competition.  You can choose from Circuits which accompany the game or you can define your own Circuit.

·          In Online Competition, players enter online events at www.BarrelArena.com (same as www.RopingArena.com) then make their runs on their own computer which uploads the time to the event website.  Players from all over the world compete in a constant offering of events to see who will be in the Top 15.  Your RopingArena.com entry credits/subscription allow you to compete in Barrel Racing and Pole Bending events.

·          The simulator game is fun for all ages and provides good practice for those days when you can’t do the real thing.  It plays on any Windows-based computer with greater than a 650Mhz processor and at least a 16Mb video card.  Due to the enhanced graphics, it requires more computing horsepower than TRSim.
